Visitor Policy: Overnight guests must be listed at booking. The total persons in the house must not exceed 14 at any time.

Security Cameras: Exterior only (front of property + ring doorbell). No indoor cameras.

- **Breanna**: "We had a wonderful stay at Bamboo Lagoon! The outdoor spaces are what really make this home special and give it such a relaxing, resort-like feel. The lagoon-like pool was a highlight, and we loved the hanging bed swing, the mosquito-netted cabanas, the outdoor dining area, and especially the TV by the pool. It was so easy to spend the entire day outside. Our boys absolutely loved the pool and had the best time. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and make memories together. The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone. The host was incredibly responsive, so easy to communicate with, and very accommodating for my autistic son, which made everything even more stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!" (10/5)

I was also surprised by the additional non-refundable check-in fee. I’ve never experienced that before, and I was later told I could be charged another fee simply for reaching out to customer service regarding the extra charge made through the third-party booking site. After contacting the host, I was told the money would be refunded after checkout, but I still have not received anything. Because of the prior messages regarding additional fees and charges, I honestly did not feel comfortable continuing to reach out to the host.
