The Trendy Farmhouse has received a nice remodel and was relatively comfortable and clean for our extended stay in Houston. It's in the Independence Heights neighborhood of Houston, which is transitioning but felt safe, and is a short drive to great shopping, dining and more in The Heights area of Houston. The home does require some minor, regular maintenance. If you're handy, it isn't a big deal, but still shouldn't require guest intervention.
