The place hadn’t been properly clean. Someone nails was in one bed. There was no coveres on the beds, they put throws on the beds for covers. Trash was full the entire stay after being told they was coming Tuesday. The carpet and the furniture was dingy for it to be cream. The hot tub was not operating. The picture showed champagne on each bed. It wasn’t on any of the beds. The kitchen counter had ants. This was one of the worst stays I’ve had.
BAD BAD BAD. DO NOT OCCUPY. Got there at 10:30PM. Front gate inoperative. Waited 38 mins. Neighbor came. Open gate with her remote. She said gate never works from keypad. Then when I entered code for digital front door that keypad did not work. I tried to contact host through AirBnb. I also called host number. It's text only, SMH. After a 17 min wait they finally gave me a Lockbox code for key. After we got inside there was an Odd Odor. The next morning I had an important meeting with, Bankers, Investors & Developers. Upon exiting the gate it would not open. I tried to call Host again. No response, SMH. I was stuck. Finally, I disengaged the power to the gate and turned it back on. Luckily, the gate opened. I was 30 mins late for my meeting. I was embarrassed. I asked Host for 1 day credit for the BS, grief & embarrassment I had gone through. Claudia kept giving me BS saying it was not her decision to wait. I reminded her 3 times. POOR COMMUNICATION. DO NOT stay here.
Esta casa es tan hermosa, limpia y con buen espacio, tal cual se muestran las fotos es como se mira. El anfitrión de este lugar siempre fue muy amable y respondía muy rápido! Me encantó la ubicación.
