The host was responsive and communicated well, which I appreciated. However, our overall experience was disappointing. We were required to pay a non-refundable damage fee, but when we arrived, there were already several damages to the property. The Ring doorbell was broken upon our arrival, which was concerning. The house also did not match the expectations set by the listing photos, and there were multiple areas that appeared to need better cleaning. In addition, the outdoor trash bin was completely full when we checked in. Although the host responded to our concerns, the issues were not addressed promptly during our stay. I hope these concerns are resolved for future guests, as the property has potential but needs better maintenance and preparation before check-in.
We had a wonderful stay. This property was exactly what we were needing and met all of our needs. Would recommend for anyone looking in the area and would definitely like to be allowed back!
