Know Before You Go!
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please take note of the following important information:

Pool & Hot Tub Heating
Jacuzzi/hot tub heating takes approximately 30 mins to 1 hour, depending on outdoor temperatures.
Pool heating may take 4–6 hours for warmth, or up to 24 hours to fully heat.

Pool Heating Fees:
$125/day when forecasted low temperatures are above 60°F
$150/day when forecasted lows are between 50°F and 60°F

Important: Pool features (jets, slide, heater) and the hot tub must be activated remotely by our team. Please message us when you're ready to use them so we can turn them on for you.

Property Maintenance & Cleaning
Pool cleaning is typically scheduled for Wednesdays or Thursdays, but may vary with the weather.
An automated pool vacuum runs daily from 8 AM to 12 PM.
Yard maintenance occurs weekly and may fall during your stay.

Other Important Notes
No smoking indoors.
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. You may enjoy outdoor amenities quietly until 11 PM.
Late check-outs must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. Approval is not guaranteed and cannot extend past 12 PM. An unapproved late check-out will result in a $150 fee.

Outdoor Grill Use
The grill is available.
Guests must clean the grill after use. Our team will handle deep cleaning.
Propane tanks are provided; if it runs low, you may exchange it at a nearby store.

For guest and property safety, the home is equipped with:
