I was showering and went to grab my soap and there was a roach running on it and my personal rag I was so terrified and disgusted. The owners did offer to come in and spray but this honestly was too invasive. House roaches are completely disturbing to our stay and different from normal outside bugs coming in. I honestly was disappointed after this encounter especially with paying so much. I asked for a credit of some type but none was given."
