Equipped with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin daybed, plus a smart TV, great for kids, teens, or extra guests.
Game Room:
A spacious area with a large sectional sofa, smart TV, and games, ideal for movie nights or family fun.
Dining Area:
A large dining table that comfortably seats 8, perfect for meals, games, or group planning sessions.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking, snacking, or making coffee, with an open layout that flows into the main living areas.

A generous outdoor space with a covered patio, plenty of seating, and room to relax or play.

Full access to all areas of the property during your stay except garage.

Parking is limited to 3-4 cars total, including both the driveway and street parking

Please park your vehicle in the same direction as the traffic, if parking on the street.

Garage is inaccessible to guests and is for private use only. Don’t park in a neighbor’s parking space, as you may risk being towed

Other things to note
We do charge a refundable deposit fee of $1000 per stay in most cases! The actual deposit cost will depend on your circumstances. This is meant to be a holding deposit (similar to a hotel) that will be refunded automatically after your stay and is not meant to be an additional charge.

Guests may park on the driveway. Additional street parking is available, just be sure not to block any driveways or mailboxes.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of your reservation. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all.
