We do charge a refundable deposit fee of $1000 per stay in most cases! The actual deposit cost will depend on your circumstances. This is meant to be a holding deposit (similar to a hotel) that will be refunded automatically after your stay and is not meant to be an additional charge.

During check in we had to pay a $140 damage deposit that was non refundable outside of the airbnb app which was crazy considering that if there were no damage they are essentially just pocketing your money. cleaning could have been better, doesn’t look like it was freshly cleaned. There were dead roaches found scattered amongst the house, stains on the linens and the 5th bedroom isn’t an actual bedroom it’s a bed located in the garage/gameroom/laundry room. There was however plenty of sleeping space for a large group but i wouldn’t recommend a large group because there are only 2 bathrooms and the master bath is so small that if you’re over 5’5 be prepared to barely be able to do a full 360 in the shower. Tap water had an interesting smell so i bought a lot of water bottles to brush my teeth… Tv’s aren’t set up to use so make sure you have every one of your log ins on hand. and the front bedroom tv didn’t work for us at all.
