Guest access
To make your arrival smooth and stress-free, guests will receive a secure access code personalized for their stay once all check-in steps have been completed.

Guests will also have access to a personalized guest portal for added convenience.

We kindly encourage completing these items as soon as possible to avoid any delay with check-in.

Other things to note
♨️ There is an additional pool heating fee of $125 per day, minimum of 2 days. This fee helps cover the cost of fully servicing, cleaning, and chemically balancing the hot tub after each guest stay to ensure it is sanitary, properly maintained, and ready for each guest’s enjoyment.

🛡️ For added peace of mind, guests are required to complete our Truvi verification process after booking. Truvi is recognized by Airbnb and provides a secure way to verify guest information while helping us protect both our guests and our home.

During this process, guests will choose between a non-refundable damage waiver, which is similar to purchasing insurance for the duration of the stay, or a refundable security deposit of $1000, which functions like a hotel-style hold. Damage waiver pricing varies by property and is non refundable. Security deposits are not meant to be an additional charge and are fully refundable after departure provided there are no damages, missing items, incidental charges, or house rule violations.

Guests will be asked to provide a photo ID and sign our rental agreement after booking. We believe in being fully transparent so there are no surprises, and we’re always available to answer questions or provide clarification before your arrival.
