Other things to note
♨️ There is an additional pool heating fee of $125 per day, minimum of 2 days. This fee helps cover the cost of fully servicing, cleaning, and chemically balancing the hot tub after each guest stay to ensure it is sanitary, properly maintained, and ready for each guest’s enjoyment.

🛡️ For added peace of mind, guests are required to complete our Truvi verification process after booking. Truvi is recognized by Airbnb and provides a secure way to verify guest information while helping us protect both our guests and our home.

During this process, guests will choose between a non-refundable damage waiver, which is similar to purchasing insurance for the duration of the stay, or a refundable security deposit of $1000, which functions like a hotel-style hold. Damage waiver pricing varies by property and is non refundable. Security deposits are not meant to be an additional charge and are fully refundable after departure provided there are no damages, missing items, incidental charges, or house rule violations.

Guests will be asked to provide a photo ID and sign our rental agreement after booking. We believe in being fully transparent so there are no surprises, and we’re always available to answer questions or provide clarification before your arrival.

Lots of people walking the roads, but while in the house we felt very safe. The themed rooms were amazing! Lots of the things to do in and outside of this house. 10/10" (10/5)

The amenities are amazing and just as described. We were unable to play corn hole as the squirrels had eaten the bean bags, the pool was excellent and the wellness center. As far as the location and surroundings, we encountered prostitutes regularly, drug deals going down all around the property and a homeless person exposed himself to our team of teen boys. It was very unfortunate. The neighbors house has bullet holes in the door and we did hear gun shots during our stay. Upon arrival the alley was blocked with police activity and the ambulances as well. Utilize the garage for your vehicles. Would love to give them 5 stars plus for everything, including communication, just wished we knew that we could not leave the house without incident of some sort with unseemly characters." (8/5)
