Driving is the most convenient way to explore Houston from this home. The property offers gated driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles (no street parking). Major freeways (610 Loop, US-59) are just minutes away, making it easy to reach downtown, the Galleria, museums, and family attractions.

Know Before You Book

• Refundable deposit fee required for most stays of $1,000
• Smoking is not permitted in the house.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm-7am, but you're welcome to use the outdoor amenities (quietly) until 11pm.
• The pool will be cleaned most Wednesdays, and the automated pool vacuum is scheduled to clean everyday starting at 8am-12pm.
• The lawn is serviced on Wednesdays during growing season.
• Our Jacuzzi takes approximately one hour to heat from cold, depending on the time of year.
• The heated pool takes 4-6 hours to reach tepid temperatures and up to 24 hours to fully heat. This is our fee structure for the extra amenities!
  Pool heating is $125 per day if the lowest forecast temp during your stay above 60° f.
  Pool heating is $150 per day if the lowest forecast temp during your stay is between 50° f & 60° f.

IMPORTANT: Pool features and Jacuzzi must be activated remotely.
Please notify us in advance when you'd like the heater or jets turned on so we can remotely enable them.

ADDITIONAL FEES/CHARGES:
It is an additional $125/per day minimum of 2days to have access to the pool heater and jacuzzi. This covers the energy consumption required to maintain the desired temperature

• The pool will be cleaned most Wednesdays or Thursdays, or may vary depending on the weather, and the automated pool vacuum is scheduled to clean every day starting at 8am-12pm.

Guests can request late check-outs for a $100 fee within 1 day of departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we will not be able to approve any late checkouts before this window. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 12pm.
This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives.
