Welcome to Cozy House, where comfort and hospitality await! Perfect for up to 6 guests, this delightful retreat features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. In the master bedroom, sink into the plush king bed for a restful night's sleep, with an additional daybed trundle accommodating 2 more guests. Bedroom 2 offers a cozy queen bed for added comfort. Plus, enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer during your stay, ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable getaway.

Guest access
Guests will have complete access to all areas on the property. There is parking space on our driveway. There is a smart lock on the front door and a unique code will be provided.

Other things to note
We do charge a refundable deposit fee if $1000 per stay in most cases! The actual deposit cost will depend on your circumstances. This is meant to be a holding deposit (similar to a hotel) that will be refunded automatically after your stay and is not meant to be an additional charge.

We are available for any inquiries or questions until 12mn. If any problems come up, we will do our best to take action ASAP , but there's no one living on site 24/7.

Reminder this home is limited to two parking spaces. You will be only available to park on the right side of the driveway. If you need more than one space, the gate may be opened to park under the carport. The gate must be closed at all times.
